Warranty Policy

The following warranty policies are applicable to end users operating an AV product for their own use and not for the purposes of a commercial resale.

The following warranty policies are applicable to AVA products that are delivered in new condition, in original packaging, sold either directly or through an AVA authorized reseller.

The warranty duration entitled by the customer will be a 2 years global service.

The warranty period will be counted at the point of product registration on AVA’s website, or 30 days following the transaction date of the purchase, whichever comes first.

Within 30 days of the date of transaction, the customer may proclaim that the product is dead on arrival. After the case is verified by AVA, the customer is entitled to a replacement item, where both the repair fee and the delivery fee to and from the customer will be fully borne by AVA.

Defective product refers to the state of an AVA item that functions improperly due to negligence of AVA within the warranty period.

If AVA has ascertained an item to be defective, AVA will offer its repair or replacement services, in which the customer will bear the product delivery fee to AVA, and AVA will bear the repair fee and the product delivery back to the customer.

User-damaged refers to the state of an AVA item that is damaged due to the customer’s improper or unreasonable use or maintenance. This includes but is not limited to; deliberate damaging, accidental damaging, improper storage solution, evidence of water or fire damage, or failure to follow operating instructions as mentioned in the technical documentation.

If AVA has ascertained an item to be user-damaged, AVA will offer its repair or replacement services, in which both the product delivery fee and the repair fee will be borne by the customer.

Once the customer has received the repaired or replaced product, said product will receive temporary warranty within 30 days of the return or until the warranty ends, whichever is longer.

In the case of a replacement, old AVA products that are replaced will become the property of AVA.

Refunds will be offered wherever replacement or repairment of the purchased product is not deemed commercially feasible. Refunds will be verified on a case to case basis, and AVA will have the sole discretion regarding the matter.
